After seeing the beautiful pictures of other couples' wedding days, we really had our heart set on using you guys, and we felt confident the results would come out great.
We felt the OLAS team understood what we wanted better than any other photographers we found. They seemed to "just get" the fact that we wanted the photography to be part of the fun, not a chore. That includes the planning process through the wedding day all the way to receiving the images, discs, etc. We loved that everything was simple and online, that we had copies of invoices and payments made on your site. You were quick to respond to emails and very helpful in giving advice on the timeline of the day (e.g., do we do photos with the bridesmaids before the ceremony or after?) Everything was very flexible as well in terms of the packages, hours of photography, and price - that went a long way with us in making the final choice!
When researching photographers, we were frustrated with photography packages that didn't fit our needs, or not having the ability to own the images. Companies didn't respond to our inquiries in a timely manner, or weren't that helpful when they did. The style of other photographers just didn't click with us like OLAS did. The minute I brought my husband through your website we were sold. Even things like the style of your website, the wording on your pricing/packages page all helped to seal the deal. OLAS just seemed very laid back and easy to work with, on top of having really great results.
Overall, we really appreciated the super easy planning process. The OLAS team helped relieve any worries or stress around photography, and the day's timeline. Also, we ad a blast with our photographer taking our pictures the day of. Even the folks he sat with during the reception (old family friends) told us the day after that he was awesome and that they were psyched to chat with him throughout dinner!
